Marilyse Micquiaux is The Wild Vine’s Manager. Born in Dijon, and raised among the culinary epicentre of south-west France, Marilyse brings years of experience and passion to her role. Her extensive qualifications include training as a chef, pastry chef and front of house manager in Michelin Star rated restaurants across France and England. A dedicated Mary Valley local since 2019, Marilyse has an exceptional knowledge of the symbiotic relationship between food and wine. She is a true artist who enjoys creating amazing cocktails and dancing. Marilyse has had the pleasure of working alongside numerous world-renowned Chefs – including our very own Chef Daryl!

Daryl Moffat

Head Chef

Daryl Moffat is Head Chef at The Wild Vine Imbil where he creates gourmet gastronomic experiences for patrons in the lush garden surroundings. Daryl is passionate about working with local suppliers to develop menus that promote fresh, seasonal and local produce. Originally from New Zealand, he worked at Noosa’s prestigious Season Restaurant before relocating to Imbil in 2020. An accomplished photographer in his spare time, Daryl is both creative and has an impeccable eye for detail – attributes which are directly reflected in the quality of the dishes he creates.
